I am an agile, driven, and highly skillful Human Resources Professional and Business Consultant with over 10 years of progressive multidisciplinary HR experience. I have a Bachelor's Degree from the Business School at Marquette University with a Major in Human Resources Management. I am currently finishing up my MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and have obtained my SPHR and SHRM-CP Certifications.

 

I have worked with a variety of businesses in my career worth ranges from $30 billion to $10 million to $500,000. I bring to you my experiences in various industries such as professional services, financial technology, consumer goods, manufacturing, assisted living/group homes, legal practices, etc.

 

I consider myself an expert at change management and thinking outside the box with creative solutions to help amplify organizations, processes, and individuals in a way that uniquely serves both the organization’s goals and satisfies the employee, as a true HR liaison. I have strong business acumen and a roll up the sleeves approach. I can think and plan strategically and execute tactically. I am very passionate about HR and love working in environments that are flexible, people-centric and results oriented. I am a motivated self starter that strives to push the boundaries of excellence in everything that I do. My Discovery Insights Personality Profile Assessment reveals that I am a "Motivating Inspirer".  

 

I am also the mother of three little girls (Nadelle, Emileen, and Noree), the owner of three certified CBRF assisted living facilities (as my passion projects), and a wife to a business Attorney/Entrepreneur, Emil from OVB Law & Consulting. My cold brew vanilla coffee keeps me fueled by day and a foaming Pilsner by night. I enjoy riding my Peloton bike, drinking red wine, travelling, and HR, of course!

About HR Brew

The idea for HR Brew LLC started brewing in early 2020, when the COVID-19 pandemic hit. Small business owners started to panic with new laws and legislature updating daily, employees panicking, and a huge tank in the economy. I realized that they needed someone to turn to for help, a strong HR leader with the knowledge and skillsets to educate, but also roll up their sleeves and assist in the planning. And so it began...

My vision is to amplify your business. I hope to partner with HR leaders and owners of small businesses to motivate, strategize, create and implement your HR agenda. I understand the pressures of running a small business and empathize with business owners. I know that we have to wear many hats in a day and can't always afford that internal HR team member resource. I want to be that Human Resource for you to lean on!
